Selina Brandstetter joined the CDH team in June 2025 and is responsible for recruiting and active sourcing projects. She has many years of experience in direct placement and temporary employment – particularly in the high-tech sector. Her focus is on successfully filling specialist and management positions in technical and commercial functions.
She previously worked as a consultant with a focus on recruiting and active sourcing. In this role, she independently designed and managed research projects for the targeted identification and approach of suitable candidates. In doing so, she filled complex vacancies with sustainable added value for companies and applicants alike.

Recruiting is much more than a profession for her – it is a passion. She stands for a well-founded, partnership-based exchange – from precise job briefings and in-depth candidate interviews to trustworthy support throughout the entire selection and contract process. Her particular focus is on a tailored approach to talent, structured research and transparent communication with clients and candidates.
