André Gottschalk has been a Director at Christian Dörr Headhunting GmbH since September 2023 and specializes in filling commercial specialist and management positions in real estate.

With more than eight years of experience in national and international recruiting and executive search, he has in-depth market knowledge and a robust network in the real estate industry. His consulting focus is on investment and transactions, private equity, debt and structured finance, real estate finance as well as fund, portfolio and asset management.

His clients include investment and asset management companies, investment boutiques, private equity companies, fund providers, family offices and medium-sized companies with a national and pan-European focus. Through his close cooperation with decision-makers and candidates, André Gottschalk has a strong understanding of business models, organizational structures and personnel challenges.

His consulting approach goes beyond simply filling positions. He also focuses on the dynamics behind personnel decisions – such as corporate culture, trust, leadership, willingness to change, speed and the perception of market opportunities.
