Her focus is on filling specialist and management positions in the construction and real estate, mechanical and plant engineering, chemical industry and in medium-sized companies with a focus on the placement of technical and commercial positions.

Ms. Abels was a project manager and researcher for various renowned personnel consultancies and can look back on over 15 years of professional experience. She is successfully dedicated to supporting clients in their search for specialists and executives across various industries. From needs analysis to project management and execution, she guides her clients through the entire process with commitment and professionalism.

Clemens Uerlichs joined the Christian Dörr Headhunting GmbH team as a consultant in January 2025. During his studies in health economics, he gained his first insights into the industry as a working student and developed a great enthusiasm for the field of headhunting.

In his last position as a research consultant, he acquired in-depth knowledge of active sourcing and direct approach and has a great passion for this area. His strengths lie in the planning and implementation of targeted recruitment strategies and the execution of extensive research projects. He is also adept at identifying and approaching suitable candidates from various industries and has valuable experience in creating precise requirement profiles, which he develops in close cooperation with the team.

With his structured and committed way of working, Mr. Uerlichs successfully supports the team in filling specialist and management positions and is instrumental in building long-term client relationships.

André Gottschalk

André Gottschalk joined Christian Dörr Headhunting GmbH as Associate Director in September 2023 and is responsible for commercial positions in Real Estate. With over 5 years of professional experience in recruiting and executive search, both nationally and internationally, André Gottschalk has specialized in positions in investment and asset management as well as in real estate finance. During this time, he was able to acquire in-depth industry knowledge as well as develop a deep understanding of market challenges and opportunities. Expertise spans a variety of clientele, with particular focus on investment boutiques, family offices and mid-market companies in a pan-European environment. With an intended master’s degree in business psychology, André Gottschalk brings conceptual skills in the field of human resources and organizational development. His knowledge includes skills in work, organizational and leadership psychology, which enables him to assess the right candidates not only based on their professional qualifications, but also their cultural suitability and potential for specialist and management positions. He is convinced that the targeted positioning of highly qualified talent can trigger transformative effects. In addition to his native German, he speaks business fluent English.

Since January 2025, Martin Röper has been part of Christian Dörr Headhunting GmbH, where he serves as a Senior Sales & Recruitment Consultant. Together with André Gottschalk, he is responsible for further developing the Real Estate division. With more than three years of experience in recruitment consulting, including at a leading agency specializing in freelancing and online services, he possesses a comprehensive understanding of the skilled labor market in the DACH region.

His goal is to provide sustainable support to both companies and candidates by connecting highly qualified talents with suitable positions. Martin Röper firmly believes that targeted and empathetic recruitment achieves long-term success for all parties involved. He brings extensive experience in various recruitment and sales models, including traditional permanent placement and freelancing within both agency and platform models. This versatility gives him a broad understanding of industries ranging from real estate to IT consulting and manufacturing enterprises.

His academic background in American Studies and Intercultural Business Communication (M.A.) from Friedrich Schiller University in Jena shapes his communication style. He places particular emphasis on need-oriented, empathetic, and efficient interaction with clients and candidates—in both German and English. His ability to recognize cultural nuances and integrate them into the recruitment process is highly valued by both clients and candidates.
