Your area of responsibility

In the position of (Senior) Recruiter (m|w|d), you will be fully responsible for identifying and approaching qualified specialists and managers through direct recruitment and all other channels.

Analysis of the candidate market and development of a long-term, resilient network
Close cooperation with the consultants, in the joint creation of project target company lists, regular exchange throughout the entire course of the mandate up to successful placement
Development of so-called cover stories
First point of contact for candidates through to the generation of application documents
Comprehensive support for candidates throughout the entire process and beyond until the end of the probationary period

Your requirements profile

Completed university degree (economics, management, business administration or similar) or completed commercial training with relevant further qualifications or career changer from the gastronomy segment
Not afraid to make phone calls and a great deal of stamina
Experience in professional research / ident (on the personnel consultant side) desired
Very good communication skills as well as an independent and structured way of working
Strong team player characteristics and enthusiasm
Confident handling of MS Office is a prerequisite
