Hasan Coskuner has been working as a Recruitment Consultant at Christian Dörr Headhunting GmbH since February 2025. He supports companies in filling commercial specialist and leadership positions and also manages mandates at the interface with finance- and IT-related functions. His well-established network includes ambitious mid-sized companies as well as nationally and internationally operating corporations.

Prior to joining Christian Dörr Headhunting GmbH, Mr. Coskuner worked for several years with established recruitment consultancies. During this time, he was responsible for developing new market and business areas as well as for the long-term management of existing clients. He worked closely with decision-makers at management and executive level and successfully delivered demanding recruitment projects across a variety of market environments.

At the core of his work is clear, honest, and reliable consulting. Mr. Coskuner takes the time to thoroughly understand requirements, expectations, and framework conditions, placing great value on open and direct communication with all parties involved. Mr. Coskuner holds a dual degree in Business Administration and gained international experience through a semester abroad in Spain. He is a native speaker of German and Turkish and is fluent in English.
