Your area of responsibility

In the position of Business Developer (m | f | d), you will assume full responsibility for the further expansion of our customer portfolio and the development of new markets

Market and potential analysis with regard to the further development of our growth strategy

Establishment and expansion of a sustainable customer portfolio

Key account management, maintaining trusting client relationships

Your requirements profile

Completed university degree (economics, management, business administration, etc.) or completed commercial training with relevant further qualifications or dynamic career changer

Experience within the recruitment industry would be desirable

Extroverted, open and empathetic personality with negotiating skills

Independence and a sense of responsibility

Very good communication skills, expressiveness and quick-wittedness

Confident handling of MS Office
