Our approach

Throughout the entire process, we are in constant contact with you and the candidates so that you always know exactly what the current status is. We are also in contact with you and your employee during the probationary period. Experience has shown that the average duration of a direct search is around six weeks from the placement of an order to the first profile presentation. As the duration is highly dependent on the respective market and the advertised position, we will give you an estimate of the time frame when you place the order.
