• Land Acquisition & Due Diligence: Identification, evaluation, and feasibility analysis of land plots for development purposes
• Planning & Permitting: Management of zoning and planning processes, negotiation of permits, and coordination with regulatory authorities
• Project Management: Supervision of planning and construction phases with a strong focus on quality control, timeline adherence, and budget oversight
• Technical Real Estate Management: Operational responsibility for technical property management, including energy and warranty management, refurbishment, and maintenance
• FM Tendering & Contractor Management: Execution and management of facility management tenders and oversight of external service providers
• Leasing & Disposal Support: Development of marketing strategies and support in negotiating lease and purchase agreements
• Stakeholder Coordination: Continuous engagement with tenants, municipalities, investors, and internal departments throughout all project stages
• Sustainability Integration: Implementation of sustainable features such as PV systems, green roofs, and ecological compensation measures
• System Implementation: Integration of CAFM and ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Navision) during onboarding of new clients and real estate assets
• Technical Transition Projects: Successful onboarding and technical management of newly acquired properties into portfolio operations
