Full-time Personnel Consultant (m|w|d)
Your area of responsibility
In the position of (Senior) Project Manager (m|w|d), you will assume full responsibility for the recruitment processes through to successful project completion. From setting up a professional search, identifying, approaching and qualifying candidates to successfully completing the placement.
Analyzing the candidate market and building and expanding a long-term, resilient network of candidates
Key Account Management: main contact person and responsible for comprehensive support
Maintaining and expanding long-term, trusting client relationships
Advice and selection of suitable recruitment methods, channels and tools
Customer needs analysis and creation of job advertisements
Screening of the applicant market and identification of qualified candidates (telephone ID, database search and research via known platforms and social media channels such as Xing, LinkedIn, StepStone database, Google, etc.)
Review and evaluation of incoming application documents
Conducting candidate interviews and creating skills profiles
Advising clients during the recruitment process, final candidate selection and contract drafting
Advice for candidates regarding application documents and appearance at job interviews
Basic support for candidates throughout the entire process and beyond until the end of the probationary period
Your requirements profile
Completed university degree (economics, management, business administration, etc.) or completed commercial training with relevant further qualifications or dynamic career changer
Experience in professional research / ident (on the personnel consultant side) desired
Experience within the recruitment industry (permanent, interim or temporary)
Extroverted, open and empathetic personality with negotiating skills
Independence and a sense of responsibility
Very good communication skills, expressiveness and quick-wittedness
Strong team player characteristics
Confident handling of MS Office
