Pia Scharbach has been a senior personnel consultant at Christian Dörr Headhunting GmbH since November 2022. Her focus is on filling specialist and management positions within the real estate and construction industries. Her core competence lies in the areas of direct search & executive search as well as long-term client retention. Her clients are mainly construction companies, project developers and consulting engineers in the SME sector.
