Aufgabenschwerpunkte und Erfahrungen
- End-to-End Asset Management: Managing mixed-use portfolios (50% residential / 50% commercial: logistics, retail, office), focusing on contract negotiation, optimization, and execution as well as value creation through leasing and CapEx initiatives
- CapEx and Project Management: Planning, budgeting, and implementation of CapEx measures and redevelopment projects, including coordination with architects, engineers, and authorities
- Financial and Market Analysis: Conducting cash flow modelling, profitability calculations, and market studies to support strategic asset positioning and investment decisions
- External Stakeholder Coordination: Leading and supervising external service providers, technical teams, and construction companies, ensuring delivery in line with budget, timeline, and quality standards
- Transaction and Sales Support: Supporting sales processes, including due diligence preparation and reporting to management and investors
- Consulting and Advisory: Providing strategic asset management advice to external clients on portfolio enhancement and operational improvements
