- Asset Management Support: Experience in rental area analysis, tenant list preparation, and management reporting, including preparation of decision papers for the Investment Committee
- Budget and Cost Management: Assisted with budget tracking, forecasting, and cost control during project and refurbishment phases
- Reporting & Data Analysis: Prepared monthly risk reports and conducted benchmark analyses on commercial real estate operating expenses, deriving cost optimisation opportunities
- Technical & Operational Exposure: Participated in property inspections, tenant meetings, construction and property management meetings, as well as technical site assessments
- Finance & Accounting Exposure: Gained practical experience in bookkeeping, verification of transactions, and preparation of financial reports including P&L statements
