By using the Bochum Inventory for Job-Related Personality Description (BIP), we have the opportunity to make an even more precise statement about the fit between job requirements and the candidate’s personality.<\/p>\n

With the instrument, which is continuously being researched by the “Test Development” project team at the Ruhr University Bochum, we have deliberately opted for a very well-founded procedure that records 17 aspects of personality in a job-related context.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

There are no “right” and “wrong” characteristics, but the comparison between the requirements of a position and certain characteristics of the applicant can refute or verify impressions already gained in the interview and thus enable a more accurate selection decision.<\/p>\n

Implementation & evaluation<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>

The BIP and BIP-6F are carried out and evaluated online. Both parties receive a detailed results report. This is followed by a feedback meeting with our qualified psychologist Hanna Berger, so that both candidates and clients can assess the results and use them for further steps.<\/p>\n

We take the view that each person is able to find a solution to his or her own issues and that the way in which similar situations are dealt with can therefore be very different. Various methods can be used to reflect on one’s own actions and learn new behaviors and integrate them into everyday working life. Particularly when taking on a new specialist or management role, coaching can help you grow into your new role more quickly, integrate well into a team or develop your own team as a manager and successfully master initial challenges.
